Seedlings 2011
Our goal is to start even earlier this year so we can bring as much fresh produce to markets as early in the year as we can. In order to do this we built our own incubator. An incubator is used to help start plants from seeds. It keeps the enviroment perfect for germination. In other words it keeps it warm with high humidity. These are some pictures of the incubator and us seeding on February 2, 2011.
